extensions, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, construction etc. Financings structures include
Leveraged Loans, Revolvers, A, B & C Term Loans, Mezzanine Financing and High Yield bonds in

Led efforts in gaming and tribal finance including major financings for the Seminole Tribe of
Florida and its acquisition of Hard Rock International.
Financing experience in taxable and tax-exempt bank loan and bond markets with both investment
grade and high yield credits.
