  • Particular focus in gaming with emphasis on start-up / construction financing and Tribal Finance.
  • Transaction experience with general corporate financings or refinancings, amendments and extensions, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, construction etc. Financings structures include Leveraged Loans, Revolvers, A, B & C Term Loans, Mezzanine Financing and High Yield bonds in all market conditions primarily for credits rated BB+ to CCC.

  • Served as Senior Investment Banker to states and local governments for infrastructure needs including utilities, convention and sports facilities, transportation and real estate projects.
  • Led efforts in gaming and tribal finance including major financings for the Seminole Tribe of Florida and its acquisition of Hard Rock International.
  • Financing experience in taxable and tax-exempt bank loan and bond markets with both investment grade and high yield credits.
